Job Summary
Job Description
The PUBG Esports Event Production & Project Manager at KRAFTON will oversee the entire lifecycle of global PUBG esports tournaments, from planning and execution to post-event analysis. Responsibilities include developing global event calendars, managing production schedules and budgets, securing necessary infrastructure, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires experience managing large-scale events with numerous participants and stakeholders, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation. Successful candidates will have experience in handling similar events (sports, fan fests, etc.) domestically and/or internationally. The role involves managing events such as the PUBG Global Series (PGS), PUBG Nations Cup (PNC), and PUBG Global Championship (PGC).
Must have:
- 4+ years experience
- Project management experience
- Large-scale event management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Budget management expertise
Good to have:
- Bachelor's degree
- PUBG experience
- Esports industry experience
- Strong presentation skills
- International travel flexibility

KRAFTON PUBG Esports Dept.는 KRAFTON의 글로벌 이스포츠 운영 및 이스포츠 관련 다양한 사업들의 전략 수립과 실행을 담당합니다.
Esports Event Production Team은 펍지 스튜디오 내 유관 부서와 함께 PUBG IP를 활용한 글로벌 이스포츠 대회의 준비, 실행, 마무리에 이르는 전 과정을 기획하고 실행하는 부서입니다. 이를 위해 외부 파트너사와 내부 관련 부서의 협업과 커뮤니케이션을 리드하는 팀입니다.
담당하는 글로벌 대회는 PUBG Global Series (PGS), PUBG Nations Cup (PNC), PUBG Global Championship (PGC) 가 있습니다.
우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.
- 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 글로벌 대회의 기획부터 실행, 마무리까지 전 과정을 총괄하며 운영을 주도
- 구체적으로는 아래 업무들을 담당하게 됩니다.
- 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 글로벌 캘린더 기획
- 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 글로벌 대회 제작 기획 및 프로덕션 일정 관리
- 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 글로벌 대회 제작 예산 관리 및 파트너쉽 관리
- 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 글로벌 대회 실행에 필요한 인프라 확보 및 운영, 대회의 실행과 예산 집행 총괄
- 글로벌 대회 종료 후 데이터 분석 및 성과 관리

- 경력 4년 이상
- 단기간의 일정 내 명확한 목표달성을 요구하는 프로젝트를 관리자로서 리드하거나, 참여한 이력이 있으시거나,
- 오프라인 환경에서 다수의 관객과 운영스태프가 참여하는 단기간의 행사, 스포츠 이벤트, Fan Fest를 국내 and/or 해외에서 실행한 이력이 있는 분
- 다수의 내/외부 유관부서 및 이해관계자들과 커뮤니케이션 조율을 해본 경험이 있는 분
- 영어 비즈니스 회화/메일 커뮤니케이션 가능한 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 4년제 이상 대학교 학사 이상 졸업하신 분
- 배틀그라운드 게임 경험 풍부하고, 이스포츠 종목에 대한 높은 이해도를 소유한 분
- 이스포츠 혹은 동종(유사) 업계 경험 있거나 대회 기획, 마케팅에 대한 인사이트를 소유한 분
- 수준급 이상의 기획 업무에 필요한 문서 작성 능력 (PPT, Excel, Word 등)
