Job Description

As a Recruiter at Nordcurrent, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and headhunting to interviewing and onboarding. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, keeping them informed and engaged. You will represent Nordcurrent at career fairs and other events, and participate in various recruitment initiatives and other HR projects. Must have:

3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment process, including headhunting
IT or gaming industry experience
Ability to conduct interviews
Assess candidate qualifications
Evaluate candidate fit for the role and organization
Strong organizational abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Positive attitude
Excellent spoken and written English language skills

Good to have:

Experience of working in an international team
Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian languages
Keen interest in games & gaming industry

Your Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and onboarding;
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
Build and maintain candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged;
Represent Nordcurrent in career fairs and similar events;
Participate in various recruitment initiatives and other HR projects.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or in a similar role;
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment process, including headhunting;
IT or gaming industry experience;
Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the role and the organization;
Strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive attitude;
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

Extra Great to Have:

Experience of working in an international team;
Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian languages;
Keen interest in games & gaming industry.

Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence.
