Job Description

1. Build and improve the game project operation data analysis system, and be responsible for daily game-related business data organization, statistics, analysis, writing, and summarizing analysis reports.

2. Conduct special data analysis for game projects, including but not limited to user value, churn, game ecosystem, activity version effects, user portrait analysis, etc., to provide data support for operation decisions, product direction, and sales strategies.

3. Research refined user operations for games, such as the application of user portraits.

4. Provide data analysis support for product, operation, and marketing.

5. Accumulate analysis ideas and frameworks, extract data product requirements, collaborate with data technology and development teams for data modeling, and promote the improvement of the game's refined operation data analysis system; complete concept, skill reserves, and tool training.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of work experience, at least 1 year engaged in game data analysis, and interested in data analysis.

2. Possess full mobile game project data analysis experience, with rich cross-team and cross-department project resource integration capabilities, and able to independently conduct research projects.

3. Possess good logical thinking and analytical skills, be sensitive to data, and be familiar with data collection, data analysis, data modeling, and data mining methods.

4. Familiar with data processing, server architecture patterns, MySQL database, proficient in SQL operations, proficient in data analysis, and master basic principles and main algorithms of data mining (decision trees, clustering, association rules, regression analysis, etc.).

5. Proficient in office software, proficient in Excel, SQL, and at least one analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.).

6. Possess good teamwork and language expression skills.

7. Experience in game project data model establishment and operation, refined data operation experience, and full product lifecycle data analysis planning experience are preferred.
