Role: Data and Social Media Platform Analyst Intern
Location: Worli, Mumbai, hybrid
Duration: 3 months
Reports to: Platform And Research Analyst
Monthly Stipend: 10,000 to 15,000/p.m

We’re looking for a Data & Platform Analyst Intern who’s curious about the ‘why’ behind what’s trending and excited to dive into numbers, creators, and content to shape smarter storytelling for our brands.
As a Data & Platform Analyst Intern, you will support the team in decoding social media performance and surfacing actionable insights that can help drive creative decisions across brands.

A day in the life of a Data & Platform Analyst Intern

• Pull, organize and maintain data across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Compare high-performing vs low-performing posts to identify patterns in content format, topic, creator, etc
• Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports and content recommendation decks.
• Monitor emerging social and cultural trends that can inspire future content.
• Assist in platform trendspotting by mapping new content formats and algorithm changes.

What does success look like

• Number of insightful patterns or trends identified and shared with teams.
• Contribution to reports or decks that can help guide creative decisions.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communication, data analytics, media, or a related field.
• Passion for social media and digital culture — you know what’s popping before it hits the Explore page.
• Strong attention to detail, and you're a quick learner who’s open to feedback and ready to grow with every task.
• Optional: Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube Insights, and tools like Brandwatch, etc.
