Job Summary
Job Description
This Strategy Manager (AI Ethics) role at KRAFTON's Strategic Planning Department focuses on responsible AI usage across the company. Working closely with the AI Ethics Committee and executive leadership, the successful candidate will develop and implement AI ethics policies. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating AI risks, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring technological and regulatory changes, and fostering partnerships to strengthen AI governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience in policy development related to AI's ethical operation.
Must have:
- 2+ years in strategic planning/project management
- Understanding of AI ethics, safety, and responsible AI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Effective communication with executives
- Experience in policy development for ethical AI operations
- Fluent English communication
- Proactive project planning and execution
Good to have:
- Experience in establishing AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Collaboration experience with government, research institutions etc.
- Experience in navigating technology adoption and legal/regulatory gaps
- Deep understanding of AI/data governance and digital policy issues

이를 위해 조직 내 유관 부서와 긴밀히 협업하며, 효율적인 의사결정 과정 지원과 전략적 방향성을 수립하는 역할을 수행합니다.
본 포지션은 전사적인 AI 윤리 담당자로서, 크래프톤 AI 윤리위원회와 협력하여 AI 기술의 윤리적 사용과 관련된 정책을 수립하고, 이를 조직 내 실행할 수 있도록 지원합니다.
이사회 및 최고 경영진과 협력하여 크래프톤의 독창적인 사업 환경과 비전, 전략적 목표에 부합하는 전사적 전략을 추진하며, 미래 성장에 기여할 열정적이고 창의적인 인재와 함께하고자 합니다.

- 크래프톤 전사적으로 책임 있는 AI 기술 사용을 지원하고, 윤리적 관점을 반영한 의사결정 지원
- AI 관련 잠재적 리스크를 식별하고, 사전 예방 및 대응 전략을 수립하여 AI 활용과 규제 사이에서 균형 유지
- 이사회 및 경영진을 포함한 주요 이해관계자들과 협력하여 AI 윤리 관련 주요 과제 기획 및 실행
- 빠르게 변화하는 IT/AI 기술 및 글로벌 법·규제 동향 모니터링
- 내/외부 이해관계자와의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 AI 거버넌스 체계 강화
- AI 윤리 관련 분야에서의 외부 전문가/기관과의 산학협력 추진

- 전략기획, 경영기획, PM 등 관련 직무에서 최소 2년 이상의 경력
- 게임업계 및 AI 윤리, AI Safety, Responsible AI 에 대한 이해도 및 관심도
- 대내외 파트너와 긴밀한 협력 관계를 구축하고 원활한 소통을 주도한 경험
- 경영진과 효과적이고 효율적으로 커뮤니케이션할 수 있는 Maturity
- 전략적 사고 및 빠른 실행력을 바탕으로 주도적인 프로젝트 기획/추진 경험
- AI 및 IT/Tech 기술의 윤리적 운영과 관련된 정책 수립 과정에 참여하거나 실무적으로 다뤄본 경험
- 능숙한 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 국내외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- AI 및 데이터 거버넌스, 디지털 정책과 관련된 법적·윤리적 쟁점에 대한 높은 이해도
