As a Web & Product Designer (UI/UX), you will be instrumental in shaping user experiences across digital platforms. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive websites, landing pages, and digital therapy solutions that effectively convey the company's mission. Your expertise in UI/UX design, prototyping, and user testing will be crucial for ensuring a seamless user journey from initial engagement to full adoption of mental health applications. Must have:
  • Design and refine landing pages for digital therapy programs.
  • Develop user journeys across websites and mobile platforms.
  • Prototype and test Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  • Conduct A/B testing for design optimization.
  • Maintain and enhance the UI Styleguide.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, psychologists, and engineers.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with iterative design and user testing.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Storybook or similar UI documentation tools.
  • Experience in digital health, wellness, or habit formation industries.
  • German language skills (B2-C2).

Your Job

As a Web & Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive websites, landing pages, and digital therapy solutions that effectively communicate the company’s mission. Your expertise in UI/UX design, prototyping, and user testing will ensure a seamless journey for users, from initial engagement to full adoption of mental health applications. What You'll Do

  • Design and refine landing pages to effectively showcase and launch digital therapy programmes, ensuring high engagement and conversion.

  • Develop seamless and engaging user journeys across marketing websites, web applications, and mobile platforms.

  • Prototype and test Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), iterating rapidly to validate user experience improvements.

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise design elements and user flows across multiple platforms.

  • Maintain and enhance the UI Styleguide, ensuring consistency in branding and usability across all digital touchpoints.

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, psychologists, and engineers to create innovative mental health solutions.

What You Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in web and mobile UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.

  • Proven ability to design and test MVPs, with experience in iterative design processes and user testing.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design and prototyping.

  • Experience working within cross-functional teams, aligning design with marketing, product, and engineering goals.

  • Strong understanding of landing page optimisation strategies and best practices.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion and engagement rates.

  • Knowledge of Storybook or similar UI development documentation tools is a plus.

  • Experience in digital health, wellness, fitness, education, or habit formation industries is a plus.

  • Fluency in English (company’s primary language); German language skills (B2-C2) are an advantage.
