Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operational  team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Analyst- Insurance Operations

We will count on you to:

  • Provides organizational support to business operations by performing tasks such as data entry, data consolidation, navigating through multiple systems and working on dual monitors
  • Consolidates information provided by our clients, underwriters and our brokers in Australia
  • Prepare documents for policy renewals, quotes, invoices, Certificates of Currency and mapping activities.
  • Identifies missing information and consolidates which further information is required for the brokers to obtain.
  • Handles all data entry into our existing system and will be able to adapt to our new broking system if there is any.
  • Compares data entered with source documents.
  • Check for valuations, claims histories, mid-term endorsement, emails and correspondence in file regarding any changes or disclosures about the building.
  • Responsible for recording the changes made to policy terms and conditions, especially upon renewal.
  • Act as liaison between Insurers, Account Managers and Strata Managers for any queries.
  • Reviewing and collecting all the necessary files and records, and processing policy renewal forms.
  • Review all data and check for accuracy.

What you need to have:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Candidates with a background in insurance are encouraged to apply, with minimum 1-2 years of working experience with possess strong English communication skills
  • High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
  • Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven
