The Customer Experience Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service through chat, email, and phone. They will address customer needs with active listening and empathy, handling B2B interactions to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, demonstrating understanding, maintaining professionalism, and efficiently resolving issues. Candidates must have prior customer service experience, knowledge of the insurance industry, and excellent communication skills. This role is exclusively for individuals with disabilities, reflecting the company's commitment to inclusion. Job Description

  • Atender os canais de atendimento: Chat, e-mail e voz.
  • Atender, acolher e entender as necessidades do cliente com escuta ativa e empatia.
  • Realizar atendimento B2B (Business to Business), garantindo a satisfação e resolução das demandas dos clientes empresariais.
  • Responder prontamente às solicitações dos clientes através dos diferentes canais de comunicação.
  • Demonstrar empatia e compreensão durante o atendimento, buscando sempre a melhor solução para o cliente.
  • Manter um alto nível de profissionalismo e cortesia em todas as interações.
  • Registrar e acompanhar as solicitações dos clientes, garantindo que todas sejam resolvidas de maneira eficiente.
  • Colaborar com outras equipes para resolver problemas complexos e melhorar continuamente a experiência do cliente.

Qualifications

  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente
  • Conhecimento no ramo de seguros
  • Diferencial possuir conhecimento das ferramentas Zendesk e Jira
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Habilidade para escuta ativa e resolução de problemas
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe
