The Role:
The Director of Human Resources is the day-to-day support mechanism for leadership. This professional, leadership position is responsible for ensuring a communicative, consultative, relationship between North America Interactive HR and leadership to ensure optimum execution of HR initiatives thereby ensuring consistent delivery of the Bally’s employment brand.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs.
- Works with SVP HR and other Sr. Managers to ensure compensation strategy supports business objectives and meets all legal requirements.
- Cultivates, maintains, and enhances effective relationships to understand current and future business needs and drive initiatives that support and enhance the Bally’s culture.
- Consult with leadership on all people and culture related opportunities and challenges to help build and sustain high performance and engaging cultures.
- Advise leadership on employee issues related to EEO, ADA, performance, and termination guidelines.
- Assist in resolution of escalated issues arising from operations.
- Oversee and assist in development of leaders across the portfolio and provide coaching and development to address talent and performance gaps.
- Develop and utilize HR metrics, and create interventions to assist in making people related decisions that will drive HR efficiencies and support bottom line growth.
- Provide strategic consultation regarding integrating value-added HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Possess a deep understanding of Bally’s products, services, strategic goals, and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent; or 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Accredited HR Certifications preferred (SHRM, HRCI or equivalent)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; UKG preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain a work permit or license in specified jurisdictions the Company operates.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in all areas of Human Resources.
