Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan and execute corporate and promotional events. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a talent for bringing ideas to life. You will be the go-to person for all aspects of event planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, seminars, and client engagements

• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event needs are met

• Oversee event budgets, timelines, and logistics

• Monitor on-site event setup and problem-solve in real time

• Evaluate the success of each event and provide post-event reports

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

• Maintain detailed records and timelines for each event

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience coordinating professional or corporate events

• Strong project management and time management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality and service
