They are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of client and internal events. This role involves handling logistics such as venue research, scheduling, vendor communication, material preparation, event setup and breakdown, budget tracking, and post-event evaluations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of event planning experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of client and internal events. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of company and client events from concept to completion

  • Handle logistics including venue research, scheduling, vendor communication, and material preparation

  • Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place and run smoothly

  • Track and manage event budgets and timelines

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals and deliverables

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports

  • Maintain accurate records and databases for event planning and reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
