This role involves directly contributing to the assigned territory's revenue and objectives, aiming for growth rates that enhance market share in alignment with country targets. The executive will provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include conducting joint sales calls, supporting sales teams in customer strategy development, identifying potential customers through cold calling and networking, visiting clients to present products and close deals, achieving sales targets, maintaining and expanding the customer base, building long-term customer relationships, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales process management, sales performance management, coaching, and mentoring, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and travel frequently.
