Purpose of Position
Our Global Marketing Team is looking for an experienced and inspiring B2B marketer to lead our Americas marketing efforts and drive results across the US and LATAM. This role blends strategic vision with operational execution, perfect for someone who thrives on both shaping direction and actively implementing initiatives. You'll also excel at building strong teams and fostering partnerships.
You’ll lead a talented team of three Marketing Managers based in the US and Brazil – each already excellent performers, and with the right guidance and support, ready to fly. As their manager, you’ll act as a mentor, coach and strategic compass: helping them prioritize, grow in confidence and deliver campaigns that perform.
In parallel, you'll play a key cross-functional role in the region, working closely with the Regional Managing Directors and their senior leadership teams, especially in the US. Success in this role depends on your ability to navigate priorities, build consensus and collaborate with commercial and operational stakeholders to align marketing activity with regional goals.
Please note: As this position sits on a global team, due to time zone, we are only considering applicants Eastern & Central time zones at this time.
Key Tasks
- Working closely with the Head of Growth & International Marketing to provide regional insights that inform overarching growth strategy, resource allocation and priority areas for the US and LATAM.
- Act as the primary marketing lead for the Americas region, translating global strategy into locally relevant, actionable plans targeted at our key customer sets – advertisers, publishers, agencies and strategic partners
- As part of the US leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with regional management to ensure marketing priorities are aligned to regional OKRs and commercial targets.
- Build trust and strong working relationships across the business, helping connect marketing with sales, operations and client services teams.
- Lead on the planning and hands-on execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at building brand awareness and delivering leads, ensuring that Awin is top-of-mind when customers are evaluating their affiliate network of choice.
- Support the upgrade of ShareASale clients to the Awin platform, ensuring marketing plays a key role in communicating value and facilitating a smooth transition.
- Mentor and support a team of three Marketing Managers, providing practical guidance on priorities, campaign execution, and localized delivery
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with channel experts (social, content, SEO, SEA, events, PR, brand, etc.) to shape and optimize campaigns.
- Champion data-informed decision-making. Working closely with our Marketing Effectiveness Manager to review campaign data across the buyer funnel and optimize campaigns to achieve objectives.
- Manage regional budget planning process, forecasting and tracking costs across the year.
- Some travel will be required within the US and occasionally LATAM
