- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to lift 5kg to 15kg.

Trabajaras de cerca con los equipos de Guadalajara y Torreón, quienes se distinguen por su amplio conocimiento técnico y excelente actitud de servicio, quienes tienen como objetivo final brindar el mejor servicio de mantenimiento de locomotoras a sus principales clientes.
¿Como harás la diferencia?
El Supervisor de Operaciones es responsable de trabajos definidos o proyectos de complejidad moderada.
En esta función, seguirá un plan de trabajo individual, cumplirá los objetivos a corto plazo del día a día y resolverá los problemas mediante la acción inmediata o la planificación a corto plazo.
¿Cómo será tu día típico?
- Supervisará de 10 a 15 empleados sindicalizados por turno de trabajo.
- Brindar dirección de trabajo al personal sindicalizado para resolver conflictos de manera efectiva y motivar a las personas a desempeñarse como un equipo.
- Mantener el control de inventario de materiales y trabajar en estrecha comunicación con el equipo de Materiales.
- Brindar dirección de trabajo a personal de nuestro cliente para la ejecución de trabajos en campo.
- Planear y organizar las actividades diarias del personal de acuerdo con las necesidades y demanda del cliente; estableciendo prioridades, tomando en cuenta los recursos y el tiempo para hacerlo.
- Maximizar la efectividad de la operación de campo a través de una cuidadosa planificación del proyecto y el aprovechamiento de todo el equipo de servicios de inspección para minimizar los costos y aumentar la satisfacción general del cliente.
- Comunicarse eficazmente con el cliente, el personal de servicios de inspección y los equipos de trabajo
- Seguir y garantizar que se cumplen las medidas y procedimientos de seguridad aplicables al realizar las reparaciones, además de respetar los lineamientos de seguridad que mantiene el cliente en un taller compartido con otras empresas.
- Asegurar el control y registro de los resultados, incidencias y variables de la operación, con el objetivo de cumplir con los requerimientos de calidad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del reglamento interior de trabajo y normas de seguridad aplicadas al sitio de trabajo.
¿Qué queremos saber de ti?
- Estudios de ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica, Industrial, Mecatrónica. Si no se cuenta con un titulo universitario deverá estar en tramite y/o al menos tener 5 años de experiencia en la Industria de Servicios de Mantenimiento a Locomotoras.
- Inglés Intermedio - deseable
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos, trabajar en días festivos y días de descanso.
- Disponibilidad para viajar el 20% del tiempo
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo
- Manejo de computadora y sistema office.
¿Qué pasa con las exigencias físicas del trabajo?
- La posición requiere eventualmente cargar piezas y / o refacciones de entre 5kg a 15kg de peso.
- Subir y bajar escaleras constantemente.
