SUMMARY: Collaborates cross-functionally to perform general field operations and project readiness for US & Canada. Publishes business intelligence reports and insights. Responsible for technology, content, and health of all physical retail displays.
- Provides reporting on the business intelligence (BI) metrics and trends for merchandising initiatives and project needs.
- Develops and publishes quantitative and qualitative reports related to sales, health and performance of displays, consumer engagement, store visits, and trends to provide business insights to stakeholders.
- Leverages dashboards and technology created by IT to manage data going into and out of the interactives used for reporting on KPI data and ensuring proper content is available.
- Ensures timely content updates, graphic updates, and maintenance of interactives and in-store displays.
- Contributes to definition and establishment of protocols and standards for field communication, display issue escalation, and project execution and compliance.
- Oversees technology inventory (hardware, software and accessories) and assists with recommendations on field technology purchases, installation schedules, etc.
- Works cross-functionally to plan projects and make recommendations on content, materials, labor, etc. based on business objectives, budgets and reporting results.
- Oversees and monitors assigned product launch activities, materials, and resources related to in-store campaigns or permanent merchandising.
- Three to Five years of related business experience.
- Experience in a marketing or technology environment preferred.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint preferred).
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent.
