Technical Account Managers are the primary contact for Varonis customers, acting as the first line of defense for data. They provide onboarding, proactive value, and support to customers. Responsibilities include ensuring data protection, onboarding customers, providing ongoing support, conducting health checks, preparing reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, learning new products, assisting with renewals, serving as the primary technical contact, advocating for customers, and identifying and remediating technical issues.
