2nd Shift Assembly Operator

We have an opportunity for an entry-level Assembly Operator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.

You will:

• Entry-level assembly of components based on blueprints, schematics, or written instructions
• Perform other assembly operations including oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
• Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
• Perform final packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
• Add additional technical skills for job

Key Requirements:

• 0 - 3 years of recent manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Employees are expected to maintain a high standard of attendance and timeliness.
• Must possess good communication skills, work cross-functionally in a team environment, and have a problem-solving mindset.
• Physical requirements: Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs
• Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

• 2nd shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)

Compensation:

• The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50 (with an 8% shift differential - $19.44/hr. total).
• $500 sign-on bonus effective 8/1/25 ($250 payable after 45 days & $250 payable after 90 days)
