The Strategic Account Executive will drive automation and insight for the Office of the CFO, focusing on new business within the CFOTech Product Line. The role requires someone who is resilient, skilled in stakeholder management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities include developing and closing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of customers, conducting assessments to understand customer pain points, managing sales activities, and attending in-person meetings and industry events. This role is based in Houston, requiring up to 40% travel.
Must have:
  • Expertise in selling complex SaaS solutions geared towards Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), or Treasury Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques.
  • Ability to travel to client sites & industry events up to 50% of the time.

Summary

Our Enterprise sales organization is looking for its next Strategic Account Executive to join a team based in the U.S. that is focused on driving automation and insight for the Office of the CFO, with a focus on developing new business within our CFOTech Product Line.

We are specifically seeking candidates from SaaS sales backgrounds who have strong domain knowledge within Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), or Treasury Management workstreams.

This role will be based in our Houston HQ, five days per week (zip code 77042) and cover prospective and current clients in our portfolio, requiring up to 40% travel. 

Your Day-to-Day: 

  • Serve as a consultative, trusted advisor with a core focus on developing and closing new business opportunities with prospective or existing HighRadius customers
  • Manage a portfolio of customers at various stages of the sales cycle with leads developed by the HighRadius partner network, our Account-Based Marketing Team, and your own self-sourced efforts.
  • Conduct assessments to understand customer pain points and develop a roadmap and business cases for the customer's finance transformation using HighRadius solutions. 
  • Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook
  • Attend in-person meetings on client site, as well as industry events, such as user groups, trade shows, and conferences to build and manage relationships with prospective and existing customer base

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an adjacent field
  • Expertise in selling complex SaaS solutions geared towards Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), or Treasury Management workstreams required.
  • Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage to strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques
  • Ability to travel to client sites & industry events up to 50% of the time

For California, Colorado, New York City, & Washington Residents Only: Salary Minimum: $120,000  Salary Maximum: $150,000

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the HighRadius salary range for this position in California, Colorado, New York City, & Washington. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of HighRadius’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, or other variable performance related pay. In addition, HighRadius provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
