Job Details

Internet Brands is looking for an Affiliate Sr. Marketing Manager to join our growing Legal Direct division. This position plays a key role in managing and scaling our affiliate partner program to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for our legal brands. You’ll be part of Internet Brands’ Marketing team, working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on performance, quality, and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally with experience in lead generation and partner management. Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and grow performance-based affiliate partnerships to support legal lead generation & case acquisition goals.
  • Proactively recruit new affiliate partners and negotiate competitive buys.
  • Onboard new partners, set them up for success, and drive ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Monitor daily performance across multiple partners and campaigns, including quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze lead flow, identify traffic quality issues, and provide performance feedback and actionable insights to partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal brand owners, operations, and analytics teams to align on goals, strategy, and performance expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and oversee monthly reporting and invoicing processes.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and compliance best practices, especially related to legal marketing.
  • Assist in special projects or strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in affiliate marketing, lead generation, partner management, or digital performance marketing.
  • Experience in the legal industry or legal marketing is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of affiliate partners, driving results against KPIs.
  • Comfortable with analyzing performance data and using insights to make strategic decisions.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Experience with API based platforms, integrations, ping-post, lead generation platforms, voice or pay per call platforms helpful.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general data analysis is required.
