DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Works with customers such as Engineers, Design, Technical Services, Sales, Stores and Marketing to develop product and part specifications. Remediates issues and gains stakeholders’ alignment to standards and guidelines. Ensures requirements are met in a timely manner.
Research part identification and Bill Of Material (BOM) structures for parts and materials. Generates BOM's and part numbers to support NOA products.
Analyzes, troubleshoots workflow process issues. Proposes and implements approved solutions.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement initiative.
Creates standard configuration practices and assures specifications conform.
Develops part approval workflows and manages part requests and approval process flow. Identifies and resolves process issues.
Controls changes to product structure throughout its lifecycle, ensures conformity to data stewardship models - effectively communicates changes to released documentation.
Coordinates with other departments to manage New Product Introduction ensuring needed information is in the system at the appropriate time to meet production schedules.
Ensures security of confidential part and product information.
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one year of experience working with ERP systems
Three years minimum experience using Agile software, or equivalent product lifecycle management software, for creation and maintenance of items, bills of material, and specifications
Experience working with multiple departments on a unified project timeline and objectives
Some experience with project planning and project management
Expertise in Part Number Methodology and Configuration Control process

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This contract position has a base pay range of $25 - $30 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms.
