As Consumer Marketing Manager for Oral Health Category, you will drive market and market share growth across Nordic markets through an innovative product portfolio. Job Description

As Consumer Marketing Manager for Oral Health Category, one of the key focus businesses within the Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will get the exciting opportunity to drive market and market share growth across all Nordic markets through an innovative product portfolio with one of our exciting propositions, with all the business management and marketing activation challenges this entails.

Your role:

  • Own & Drive the Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute the Nordic marketing plan, ensuring all decisions align with marketing objectives and local consumer insights.
  • Be the CEO of the Category – Lead E2E category performance, driving cross-functional collaboration to optimize execution and business impact.
  • Excellence in Execution – Ensure flawless marketing activation across all channels, from PDPs to PoS.
  • Performance & Growth – Lead strategic planning, optimize marketing performance using LEAN, and maximize ROI on A&P budget.
  • Innovation & Future Growth – Drive new business models, sustainability, and long-term brand success.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a business degree and have 5+ years of experience in marketing management within consumer goods, specifically in product or brand marketing roles.
  • You possess professional hands-on knowledge in marketing strategy and planning, alongside a strong understanding of consumer insights, and you have the capacity to manage a full Profit & Loss account.
  • You exhibit strong analytical skills, can translate data into actionable insights, and demonstrate a driven, solution-oriented decision-making approach. Additionally, you excel as a project manager, capable of leading multi-functional teams effectively.
  • You have excellent fluency in written and spoken English, with fluency in a Nordic language as a mandatory qualification. You have an outgoing personality, persuasive communication abilities, and strong presentation skills.
