The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for championing the customer throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring they get the best value from Enverus' software and solutions. This role focuses on customer retention and improving the Net Promoter Score. The individual will ensure Account Managers are focused on the right activities to deliver the value of the solutions. The CSM is a catalyst for Enverus' operational and strategic priorities through the effective measurement, analysis, and reporting of customer health and value. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, along with the ability to draft problem statements and offer insight into solutions is central to the role.
