Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves designing and implementing event systems for Honor of Kings (HOK) mobile game. Responsibilities include event system design, resource planning, gameplay design, competitor analysis, and activity planning based on operational goals and resource availability. The candidate will manage activity resources, track competitor strategies, and analyze activity effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game operations, data analysis skills, excellent communication, and a passion for gaming, especially experience with Honor of Kings.
Must have:
- 3+ years game event operations experience
- Data analysis skills
- Strong communication & coordination abilities
- Honor of Kings experience preferred
- Event system design and planning
Good to have:
- English communication skills
- Experience with activity resource management

岗位职责
1.负责HOK手游活动体系搭建工作，包含活动系统设计、活动资源规划和活动玩法设计；
2.负责竞品游戏监控，活动分析，分析竞品活动投放策略；
3.根据运营目标、版本和资源情况等，进行活动规划，负责活动设计、开发和落地，完成活动效果分析总结，不断调优活动；
4.活动资源管理，合理规划活动资源，实现活动资源保值，并打造受玩家追求的稀缺资源。
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏活动运营相关工作经验；
2.对游戏运营的各模块工作均有一定了解，有数据分析能力；
3.统筹能力和沟通能力强，思维活跃，善于创新，善于捕捉市场热点，工作认真负责；
4.热爱各类游戏，有王者荣耀游戏经验者优先；
5、具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
