Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting recruitment for Veeam products, specifically high-volume hiring and mass interviews. Responsibilities include screening applications, conducting mass interviews, managing open positions in Greenhouse ATS, collaborating with hiring managers, and delivering progress reports. The ideal candidate will have an interest or initial experience in recruitment or HR, be comfortable with new systems, possess strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Experience with ATS and a university degree in HR or Business are advantageous.

Now we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 1-year fixed contract. As part of our team, you will support the recruitment of top professionals for Veeam products, with a focus on high-volume hiring and mass interviews.

Your tasks will include:

Review and screen large volumes of job applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct mass interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance
Maintain open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and help execute recruitment strategies
Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis

What we expect from you:

Interest or some initial experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internships or similar experience are a plus)
Comfortable using or learning new tools and systems (experience with ATS is a plus, but not required)
Willingness to learn and collaborate with team members and hiring managers
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate information
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams

Will be an advantage:
