As a Lead Product Manager for Product Growth at Scopely, you will be responsible for driving a holistic growth strategy across the full player funnel for Marvel Strike Force. This includes initiatives from awareness and acquisition through conversion, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation. You will work closely with various teams like Product, Marketing, User Acquisition, and Player Experience to achieve scalable growth, using data, experimentation, and audience insights. This role involves defining and owning the audience growth strategy, leading growth initiatives, partnering with different teams, and developing cross-functional reports to provide visibility into growth performance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mid-core mobile games and have experience in driving sustainable growth.

  • Deep knowledge of midcore player lifecycles.

Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Product Growth to join our industry-leading game, Marvel Strike Force, on a remote U.S. basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Head of Product, you will serve as the key strategic growth partner to Product, Marketing, User Acquisition, and Player Experience, driving a holistic growth strategy across the full player funnel—from awareness and acquisition through conversion, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.
  • You will lead initiatives that power a scalable growth engine fueled by data, experimentation, and deep audience insights. Passionate about mid-core mobile games and fluent in performance metrics, you consistently deliver short-term wins while building an operationalized, evolving, always-on growth strategy.
  • Define and own the audience growth strategy for MARVEL Strike Force, including auditing current efforts, setting KPI benchmarks, conducting ROI analyses, and aligning with GM and leadership priorities.
  • Lead holistic growth initiatives across the full player journey—awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and reactivation—focused on scalable DAU and recurring revenue growth.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, UA, Creative, Partnerships, PX, and ASO teams to drive integrated growth efforts, from install campaigns and channel expansion to app store visibility and Marvel brand activations.
  • Execute Product Marketing initiatives (CRM, GTM, loyalty, churn prevention) that scale live service performance and enhance the player lifecycle.
  • Develop transparent, cross-functional reporting to give leadership visibility into growth performance across Product, Marketing, UA, and PX.
  • Identify and explore new growth opportunities including international expansion, new platforms, and alternative acquisition channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success driving sustainable growth on large-scale, high-performing free-to-play mobile games, ideally in the midcore or team battle RPG genres.
  • Demonstrated success defining and driving impactful features that positively influence core product KPIs (DAU, retention, LTV, NUCC, churn, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with fluency in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong expertise across the mobile marketing ecosystem, including UA, CRM, attribution, lifecycle marketing, ad-tech tools, and ASO best practices.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning Product, Marketing, UA, and PX teams around shared growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of writing clear PRDs, growth plans, executive updates, and technical specifications.
  • Deep knowledge of midcore player lifecycles, with specific expertise in team battle/turn-based RPGs and their audience behaviors.

Bonus:

  • Experience working with or managing Marvel or major entertainment IPs within a live service gaming environment.
  • Knowledge of D2C and web store strategy and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of international mobile markets and experience building market-specific growth strategies.
  • Background in marketing analytics, data science, or product management related to growth initiatives.
  • Passion for mobile games and a strong personal connection to midcore, squad-based RPGs like MARVEL Strike Force.
