Google's gReach Program offers a 12-month paid upskilling program for students and professionals with disabilities. This Marketing Specialist role, exclusively for individuals with disabilities, supports Brand and Reputation Team managers in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include developing promotional narratives and creatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing external agencies, and supporting the CMO office in improving marketing operations. The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, experience in tech, media, or brand marketing, and strong analytical and presentation skills. Successful candidates will gain valuable on-the-job training and experience working on business-critical projects within Google.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in tech, media, brand marketing or a related industry.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

About the job
The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation support candidates with a certificate issued by government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.
gReach Associates will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop professional skills. Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.
This role is exclusively for People with Disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Support Brand and Reputation Team marketing managers to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns through sound data research, business analytics recommendations.
- Develop promotion narratives and creatives based on go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment and execution of marketing initiatives with overall objectives
- Manage and work with external agencies such as media/social/event agencies to support brand marketing.
- Support the CMO office to identify and develop marketing operations processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
