Scopely is looking for a Senior Director, Product to join our Garden Joy game team on a hybrid basis from our Culver City studio, or remotely within the US.

What You Will Do
This role embodies a strategic partnership with Burlingame Studios, creators of Design Home, where you'll be deeply involved in every facet of product development and live operations. Here, you won't just guide a game; you'll co-create its future.
- Visionary Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Burlingame Studios to craft, refine, and evolve the product roadmap. Your strategic feedback will be pivotal in aligning Garden Joy with both Scopely's goals and the innovative spirit of Burlingame Studios
- Player's Advocate: Champion player experience in every decision, ensuring that Garden Joy resonates with players' desires and expectations
- Lifecycle Maestro: Guide Garden Joy through its lifecycle, from ideation with their team to the execution of live operations. Your collaboration will be central to feature development, updates, and monetization strategies
- Strategic Liaison: As the primary contact point, you'll foster a dynamic, collaborative partner relationship which amplifies success, drives innovation, and delivers an outstanding game experience
- Unified Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team at Scopely, but also extend your leadership and influence to integrate seamlessly the partner product management team. Your role will be to synchronize our efforts for maximum impact
What We Are Looking For
- Collaborative Expertise: A minimum of 10 years in product management, with a recent focus on mobile gaming. Experience in co-developing products with external studios is highly valued
- Intellectual and Emotional Intelligence: You flourish with partnerships, understanding that the best outcomes come from collaboration, emotional intelligence, and shared vision
- Strategic Mentality: Capable of harnessing market insights and player data to steer product strategy in a direction that benefits both Scopely and our partners at Burlingame Studios
- Innovative Spirit: You're always looking to push the boundaries in mobile gaming, ensuring that our collaborative efforts lead to groundbreaking gameplay and features
For candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $223,00 - $335,00, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
