The Staff Data Analyst will push the boundaries of mobile games analytics and advertising product performance. The role requires a passion for data analysis and a drive to solve complex business problems in the gaming or advertising sector.
Must have:
  • 12+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on Advertising, Gaming, e-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in complex SQL for deep-dive analysis.
  • Strong statistical skills with A/B testing and hypothesis testing experience.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting analytical findings.
Good to have:
  • Demonstrated experience with experimental design and predictive modeling.
  • Domain knowledge in advertising or gaming.
  • Expertise in at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

Job Description:

Your Role Within the Kingdom

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Staff Data Analyst to push the boundaries of mobile games analytics and advertising product performance, focusing on deep-dive analyses and applying statistical methods to solve complex business problems
Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analyses on large-scale datasets, uncovering actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and experiments, applying statistical rigor to assess performance.
  • Interpret complex data using statistical methods and effectively communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Commercial leaders to develop insights that support product enhancements and business decisions.
  • Build and maintain clear and concise documentation related to analyses, findings, and methodologies.
  • Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights, helping senior management and department leaders translate findings into actionable strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, focusing on Advertising, Gaming, e-commerce, or high-volume systems.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
  • Proficiency in complex SQL for deep-dive analysis.
  • Strong statistical skills with experience in A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, and other statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, primarily for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
  • Proven ability to structure complex problems, conduct thorough analyses, and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Curious, internally motivated self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities to manage multiple projects and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points:
  • Demonstrated experience with experimental design, data modeling, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Domain knowledge in advertising or gaming is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $111,780.00 - $206,882.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
