Your Role

At welevel, we are growing fast and are on the lookout for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to help us build a world-class team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our hiring efforts, managing incoming applications while also proactively identifying and connecting with top talent who fit both our performance standards and company culture.

This is more than just recruitment. You will be a key partner in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people to achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full hiring process, from reviewing incoming applications to closing candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Partner with company leads to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Source passive candidates using creative methods across various channels to connect with top industry talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through ongoing relationship management and proactive market research.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, and HR systems) to optimize the hiring workflow.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a tech or gaming environment.
  • A natural communicator who is comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting between priorities with ease.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insights to influence and improve the hiring process.
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A team player, ideally based in Munich, to collaborate closely with our growing team.
  • Part-time or full-time possible
