The Account Manager is a supervisory role responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and group companies, securing projects, and overseeing their operations, quality, and delivery to ensure smooth project progression.
You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to meet the expectations of clients and group company representatives, focusing on ensuring quality and profitability.
You will communicate closely with your reporting line, the Group Account Director, to understand internal and external resource allocation and manage profitability.
Additionally, the successful candidate is required to have native-level Japanese communication skills and business-level English communication skills.
Play a crucial role in managing relationships with clients and group company representatives.
Confirmation and negotiation of the scope, objectives, deliverables, duration, costs, and risks.
Monitor whether projects are progressing as expected or if delays are occurring, and drive projects forward. Report status to your superior and consult as needed.
Creation of proposals, checking that work is performed according to established rules, decisions, and guidelines.
Not calculating yourself, but collaborating with internal producers and external parties to build and manage profitability.
Identify risk areas in project progression, predict necessary countermeasures, collaborate with producers, and accumulate necessary costs and resources.
