Job Description

As an Ads Measurement Senior Partner, you will collaborate with various teams to drive the next phase of monetization. Your responsibilities include designing and conducting research to showcase the effectiveness of Truecaller Ads in India, focusing on campaign performance, reach, and verification. You'll integrate audience insights into reports, manage effectiveness studies with third-party vendors, and work with advertisers to develop category-specific strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of media research, data analysis, and the advertising landscape. You will be involved in creating regular reports and presentations for stakeholders. This position is based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Gurgaon, India.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in media research and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and data from various providers.
  • Experienced in effectiveness measurements like brand lift and sales lift.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate strategic insights from rigorous analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape across various media channels.

As an Ads Measurement Senior Partner you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, consumer insights, data science, and our vendor partners.

What you bring in: :

  • 7+ Years experience in media research and measurement at Streaming, TV, digital media companies or media agencies
  • Strong understanding of methodology, data, and systems from syndicated research providers (e.g. Nielsen, Intage, Macromill, Kantar, etc.) and direct digital technology and analytics. 
  • Experienced in effectiveness measurements such as Reach & Frequency, Incremental lift, Brand lift, Sales Lift, A/B testing, Marketing Mix Models, Search Lift and bespoke campaign effectiveness studies. Including questionnaire scripting. 
  • Strong understanding of methodology, data, and systems from syndicated research providers (e.g. GWI, etc.) as well as direct digital technology and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate strategic insights from rigorous analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape, across all kinds of media channels and methods of buying. Ideally with a TV focus
  • Demonstrated ability to generate strategic insights from rigorous analysis.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with strong communication skills and expertise in managing larger-scale, complex projects.

The impact you will create:

  • Design and Conduct research and generate insights that effectively convey the story of Truecallers Ads  in India to local market and advertiser clients, with a focus on campaign effectiveness, reach and frequency, campaign verification, and measurement.
  •  Integrate audience insights into reports and narratives to ensure a comprehensive representation of Truecaller's  strengths.
  • Use proprietary and syndicated tools to create regular reporting for stakeholders (both internal and external) 
  • Manage the day-to-day effectiveness study process with third-party vendors from end to end such as sales requests, vendor intake, survey drafting, analysis, report creation, and presentation. Working closely with Sales Account Managers. 
  • Partnering with advertisers to create category-specific learning agendas & playbooks, bringing innovative approaches to the table.
