Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
