Finance Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting operations and forecasting relating to revenue, standard cost, variances, spending, other cost of goods sold, capital expenditures and R&D Opex. The responsibilities include:
· Manage worldwide standard cost system, including variances. Assist with operational issues. Assist the Singapore team in managing the annual standard cost update process.
· Manage the forecast and annual budget of manufacturing variances, departments spending, capital expenditures related to production and R&D in the Adaptive forecasting system.
· Manage and supervise two staff and assist the Singapore accounting team.
· Assist the Singapore team in closing revenue, ship & debit, rebate, RMA, and deferred revenue. Review reconciliations and manage the ship & debit Oracle process. Manage monthly close of the revenue, standard cost of sales, variances and other aspects of the Gross Margin.
· Manage all direct and distributor customer agreements.
· Independently improve Oracle system processes and automate reconciliation processes. Responsible for Oracle and other IT project management.
· Support worldwide accounts receivable, cash collections and credit limits.
· Manage implementation of new accounting standards.
· Ensure the company’s internal and external reporting requirements are satisfied and delivered in a timely manner.
· Lead quarterly review and annual audit by external auditors.
· Manage the development, implementation and the documentation of information for Sarbanes Oxley testing and compliance.
· Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and financial reports as needed.
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
· BA Accounting plus 5+ years of related accounting experience
· 2+ years in Public Accounting a plus
· Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
· Semiconductor experience preferred
· Standard cost experience preferred
· Strong leadership, project management and communication skills
· Present strong problem solving, analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
· Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively and independently
· Hands on experience with an enterprise level financial software system, such as Oracle, and advanced Excel skills
· Showing competencies in taking initiative, working independently or as part of a team and meeting tight deadlines
· CPA or MBA a plus

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications, and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
