Job Description

Seeking a highly driven and results-oriented sales professional for a B2B Field Sales Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and excel in closing deals. Responsibilities include new business acquisition, sales growth, lead generation and qualification, converting prospects, implementing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, evaluating customer needs, negotiating contracts, and maintaining follow-up processes. The role also involves customer relationship management and retention, acting as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams, and fostering long-term partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
Must have:
  • Proven track record in sales/business development
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Identify market trends and sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • 4 to 5 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent spoken and written English
Good to have:
  • Experience in domestic express parcels transportation
  • Logistics sales experience preferred
  • Mandarin Speaking candidates preferred

Responsibility:
  • New Business Acquisition & Sales Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging potential clients.
  • Drive lead generation and qualification through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
  • Convert high-potential prospects into long-term revenue-generating accounts.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to capture competitor business and expand market share.
  • Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and networking events to build strong relationships.
  • Evaluate customer needs, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
  • Maintain a structured and rigorous follow-up process to engage key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lead management and conversion efforts.

  • Customer Relationship Management & Retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and deliver seamless solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by continuously identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Requirement:
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to identify market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the domestic express parcels transportation or service industry. A progressive and proven track record sales success.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience of logistics sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English
  • Prefer Mandarin Speaking candidates due to business requirement
