Qoo10 Sales, Head of Beauty Division

Background

The Qoo10 Sales Department's Beauty Category Item Office is seeking a Head of Beauty Division to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage in Japan's online beauty market.

Main Duties

• Formulating Qoo10 beauty strategy
• Overall operation and performance management of the beauty division
• Attracting new beauty brands and expanding partnerships
• Maintaining relationships with existing brands and expanding partnerships
• Analyzing competitor strategies and formulating countermeasures
• Understanding market trends
• Joint product planning and promotion with brands
• Analyzing promotion results and providing insights
• Managing MD team members
• Formulating and managing sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8+ years of experience in the online or offline beauty/cosmetics industry (e.g., cosmetic brand companies of any size/recognition, beauty MDs at distribution/wholesale companies, cosmetic information sites, individuals who have handled cosmetic products on e-commerce platforms)
• Experience in organizational management (3+ years of leadership experience as a team leader or higher)
• High communication skills

Preferred Conditions

• Experience as a manager or higher in online beauty e-commerce
• Experience launching beauty brands
• Experience in branding
• Extensive experience in offline (e.g., in-store) beauty
• Experience in business planning
• Business-level English communication skills+
