Haleon is a new consumer healthcare company focused on improving everyday health through innovative brands like Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, and Centrum. They are seeking ambitious individuals inspired by their purpose to deliver better everyday health with humanity. This program offers graduates in North America Quality Supply Chain the chance to change how people manage their health. As an agile graduate with a growth mindset and interest in digital, data, and analytics, you will help deliver products with quality and value, contributing to Haleon's ambition to be a top-tier Quality and Supply Chain organization. You will gain end-to-end supply chain insights, deepen leadership and technical skills through rotations, and network with senior leaders. The two-year Future Leaders graduate program includes two stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality and Supply Chain, with the first rotation at the Lincoln, Nebraska site.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or science with business focus

Through rotations in key areas, you’ll get to grips with a highly complex end-to-end operation.   

Develop your leadership potential and career  

Over two years, our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally.  You’ll have two stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality and Supply Chain.

Your first rotation will be within Quality and Supply Chain and located at our Lincoln, Nebraska site.    

 You’ll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain.  You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer.   

Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programs to aid your development.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

  • Gain awareness and understanding of the multiple functions and steps involved in an end-to-end supply chain, while learning about the synergies and challenges faced when seeking to deliver optimum value to the business and the customer

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or any engineering or science discipline with a strong business focus/interest.

  • Graduation by August 2025.

  • Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in your native language and English   

Other requirements:   

  • Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.  Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status .

  • Location mobility and willingness to relocate domestically and potentially internationally.

Expected start date: September 2025

The salary for this position will be $75,650 USD.
