What You’ll Do – Make Every Renewal Count

  • Keep Customers for Life: Drive customer retention by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Secure Renewals on Time: Manage and close renewal opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely bookings
  • Grow Revenue: Identify upsell opportunities – from additional seats to product upgrades – to maximize customer value
  • Work Smarter with Sales: Collaborate with sales teams on programmatic upsell opportunities during renewals
  • Be the Partner Customers Trust: Work with our Customer Success Team to resolve issues and improve adoption
  • Think Ahead: Forecast renewal risks and opportunities to support business planning
  • Champion Our Partners: Prioritize renewal activities with channel partners to ensure seamless execution

The OTE salary range for this position is £68,000- £102,000 + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
