As a Technical Account Manager, you will partner with customers to drive their success, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on Machine Learning within leading engineering companies in the US. You will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the company's growth, working in a dynamic and commercial environment, guiding customers towards transformative business success, working with leading engineering companies in the US.
Must have:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics.
- Three years of key account management experience in technology.
- Business confidence, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE software.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and AI.

What you will do
We’re looking for an engineer with a passion for sales— a professional who combines technical expertise with a talent for building customer relationships in a dynamic, commercial role. This position uniquely combines technical expertise with business acumen in the exciting field of Machine Learning. Join us in making a profound impact by guiding customers toward transformative business success, working with leading engineering companies in the US.
You will develop towards these goals:
- You will be a strategic partner for your customers and enable them to scale
- You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- You will work closely with internal teams to meet business objectives
- You will identify and develop new business opportunities
Who you are
- You hold a Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Physics (strict requirement: we will not consider applications without an engineering background)
You bring at least three years of proven experience in key account management in a technology-driven environment.- You have business confidence, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy
- You are familiar with CAD/CAE software
- You have a good understanding of Machine Learning and AI
- You are committed to a high level of professionalism and ethics

Location: Jersey City, NJ (hybrid schedule) or remote
Start date: ASAP
Travelling: This position will require travelling to customer locations in the US.
