We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and analysis of digital advertising campaigns. This mid-level role involves managing campaigns across display, video, mobile, and programmatic platforms, including trafficking and QA of creative assets in ad servers like Google Ad Manager or DV360. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign delivery, providing optimizations, collaborating with internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and reporting on campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ad operations platforms, a strong understanding of ad trafficking and tagging, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns. Strong communication skills and comfort with data analysis are also essential.
Must have:

Your Role Within the Kingdom

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and analysis of our digital advertising campaigns. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in ad operations who’s ready to take more ownership over campaigns, troubleshoot independently, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and process.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms including display, video, mobile, and programmatic.

  • Handle trafficking and QA of creative assets within ad servers such as Google Ad Manager or DV360.

  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance; provide optimizations based on data insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, analytics, creative) to align campaign setup with strategic goals.

  • Work closely with senior ad ops team members to improve processes and contribute to documentation and best practices.

  • Help troubleshoot common technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and discrepancies.

  • Provide campaign reporting and insights to stakeholders using dashboards or raw data exports.

  • Stay current on ad tech trends, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and platform updates.


Required Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in ad operations, media buying, or digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ad Manager, DV360, or The Trade Desk.

  • Working knowledge of ad trafficking, tagging, and troubleshooting common delivery issues.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and interpreting campaign performance data.

  • Strong communicator, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical issues to non-technical teams.

Extra Points:

  • Experience with ad verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT) or third-party tags.

  • Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools.

  • Exposure to both direct and programmatic ad deals.

  • Interest in workflow automation or process improvements is a plus.
