Job Description
Binance, a global blockchain company, is offering an immersive experience in the Web3 space through its Accelerator Program for early-career talent. This program provides an opportunity to understand the leading blockchain ecosystem, focusing on networking and skill development. The Marketing BD Operations role involves supporting the Central BD team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activations with listed projects and partners to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities include building relationships with partners, assisting in campaign planning and execution, conducting market research, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal and external teams.
Must have:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing or relevant fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Work independently and achieve goals

About this position
Candidate will support the Central BD team in planning and executing a wide range of marketing campaigns and activations with Listed Projects and Partners of Binance to help drive Central Marketing's strategic goals forward.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and liaise with Listed Projects and Partners of Binance to increase wallet share of marketing budgets
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and manage deep relationships with a detail oriented skillset
- Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals without significant micromanagement
