RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Corporate IT Recruiter, you own the entire recruitment process start to finish:
Forecast hiring needs and monitor recruitment budgets
Partner with team leads and project managers to scope open positions
Write job descriptions and build role profiles
Manage job postings in Ashby and on relevant platforms
You'll actively engage with tech schools and universities, nurture relationships with educational partners, and represent the company at talent days, hackathons, and recruitment events to attract top intern and junior tech talent.
Source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Screen applicants and conduct first-round interviews
Lead Offer chats and salary negotiations
Align with HR, team leads, and when needed the CTO for hiring approvals
Draft employment contracts
Guide the onboarding experience and 30-day follow-ups
CAPABILITIES
2–3 years of experience in recruitment, or other relevant experience
Bachelor-level thinking and working capabilities
Proficiency with sourcing tools, recruitment systems, and interview techniques
Experience with Ashby and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
Tech recruitment knowledge or interest is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills, you write clearly and connect easily with people form all levels
Available for 28-to-32-hour per week.
