Progress (Nasdaq: PRGS) is seeking an ambitious Demand Generation Campaign Manager for a hybrid role based in Burlington, MA. This role is crucial for driving innovative programs, measurable pipeline, and rapid product adoption for cutting-edge AI technologies. The successful candidate will own the full marketing funnel, from defining demand generation strategies to orchestrating integrated campaigns across various channels. They will leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign impact, amplify market presence, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve explosive business growth and customer acquisition.
Must have:
  • Define and lead full-funnel demand generation strategies
  • Partner across product, sales, and digital teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns
  • Design innovative, multi-channel programs (digital, ABM, events, etc.)
  • Employ cutting-edge analytics to optimize campaign impact
  • Elevate brand presence through message-led thought leadership and high-velocity campaigns
  • Drive qualified self-serve signups, product adoption, and conversions
  • Architect and execute acquisition strategies for exponential growth
  • Deliver repeatable, analytics-driven programs supporting GTM motions
  • Partner with creators, thought leaders, and advocates for influencer marketing
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing & Product Management on messaging and positioning
  • Align campaigns with user pain points to generate sales qualified leads
  • Collaborate on strategies tied to product launch and ongoing releases
  • Scale organic and paid acquisition programs
  • Drive innovative brand-to-demand programs
  • Execute multifaceted marketing programs including webcasts, SEO/SEM, social, and events
  • Sync with sales to manage, measure, and optimize the full buyer journey
  • Analyze and optimize at every campaign stage to improve conversion rates
  • Deliver ROI analysis and actionable insights for continual growth
  • Report outcomes at all levels to senior leadership

This will be a hybrid role so working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters.

We’re searching for an ambitious Campaign Manager to join our Global Demand Generation team—someone eager to drive innovative programs, measurable pipeline, and rapid product adoption for cutting-edge AI technologies.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the Pipeline: Define and lead full-funnel demand generation strategies that turn prospects into raving customers and unlock net new revenue.
  • Shape Product & Marketing-Led Growth: Partner across product, sales, and digital teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns that accelerate adoption of our AI-driven data tech.
  • Architect Customer Journeys: Design innovative, multi-channel programs (digital, ABM, events, and more) that educate, inspire, and convert.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Employ cutting-edge analytics to optimize campaign impact, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Amplify Market Impact: Elevate our brand presence through message-led thought leadership, high-velocity campaigns, and compelling value propositions.

More details on the role:

  • Own the top and middle funnel: Drive qualified self-serve signups, product adoption, and conversions by building and launching integrated campaigns across channels.
  • Design innovative, multi-channel programs (digital, ABM, events, and more) that educate, inspire, and convert
  • Architect and execute acquisition strategies that fuel exponential growth—across both self-serve and sales-assisted funnels.
  • Scale what works: Deliver repeatable, analytics-driven programs supporting high-velocity GTM motions and ambitious growth targets.
  • Influencer marketing: Partner with creators, thought leaders, and advocates to boost awareness and drive top-of-funnel interest in alignment with our Product Led Growth (PLG) mission.
  • Partner with Product Marketing & Product Management on messaging, personas, and positioning—to align campaigns with user pain points and value drivers, generating sales qualified leads from targeted segments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams on strategies tied to product launch in Q4 and ongoing product releases that align with the PM roadmap.
  • Scale organic and paid acquisition programs that power our dual PLG and sales-assisted approach.
  • Drive innovative brand-to-demand programs: Launch creative new initiatives to capture and nurture demand.
  • Execute multifaceted marketing programs including webcasts, SEO/SEM, retargeting, content syndication, social, and events.
  • Sync with sales to manage, measure, and optimize the full buyer journey.
  • Relentlessly analyse and optimize at every campaign stage—constantly improving conversion rates and pipeline performance.
  • Deliver ROI analysis and actionable insights for continual growth.
  • Report outcomes at all levels—providing deep insights in planning and business reviews with senior leadership.

Your background:

  • A visionary marketer with a proven track record of driving $10M+ in net new customer acquisition, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or data technology sectors.
  • A strategic architect who blends creativity with rigorous execution and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • An experimenter and optimizer, relentlessly testing to unlock greater scale, efficiency, and ROI.
  • A collaborative leader with exceptional cross-functional influence and communication ability.

Compensation Range: $116,445- $148,000

This position is also eligible to participate in our commission plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
