Job Description

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing large accounts at the Enterprise or Majors level in Singapore. They will lead a cross-functional team to close deals and meet quotas. Responsibilities include growing new business sales, partnering with the renewals team, consultative selling, exceeding revenue targets, developing solutions with pre-sales teams, engaging at multiple account levels, developing account plans, and managing the sales CRM tool. They will also be responsible for keeping their knowledge of the security market updated and working with channel partners.
Must have:
  • 8+ years in Security solution sales or similar environment.
  • Experience in consultative selling into Enterprise and or Government Sector.
  • Understand security market trends affecting business and IT/Security use.
  • Experience working within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience taking distressed accounts and rebuilding them.

Role Overview:

Trellix is seeking to hire a Enterprise Account Manager to look after the large accounts, at the Enterprise or Majors level based in Singapore. They are required to lead their cross-functional team (Sales Engineering, Inside Sales, CSM, and Renewals) to efficiently close deals and meet their quota in their designated territory.

About the Role:

  • The Enterprise Account Manager position will grow New Business sales within existing customers in the geography.

  • You will partner with the regional inside renewals team to help grow or upsell the existing renewal and work to expand the new business

  • Consultative led sales approach to position security cloud platform solutions.

  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Work with technical pre-sales & PS teams to develop solutions & conducting workshops.

  • Engage and present at multi levels within an account including board level.

  • You will develop account and opportunity plans to improve an account strategy.

  • Develop relationships with our channel and service partners to develop strategic agreement.

  • You will manage sales CRM tool, and produce weekly accurate forecasting.

  • You will engage senior execs where required within assigned accounts.

  • Keep knowledge updated of the Security market and meet training targets to maintain an understanding of our products, process and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support.

About You:

  • 8+ years in Security solution sales or similar Saas/Networking environment.

  • Demonstrated experience of consultative selling into the Enterprise and or Government Sector.

  • Understand the security market and trends affecting business and use of IT/Security, especially as Enterprise migrate to the Cloud and implement digital transformations.

  • You will have experience working within a matrixed organization given the unique split of the New/Renew function that will be important to Trellix future success.

  • You will have experience taking distressed accounts and rebuilding them into top producing customers with new business and renewal growth.

  • You will have experience achieving pipeline goals.

  • You will have a track record that shows how you have transformed the BRAND of their company from old/stale too exciting to do business with.

  • You will have experience on how you have achieved a trusted status with partners so they can use the broader community to aid in Trellix's success.

  • You will have experience recording a forecast, driving linearity, and delivering weekly on the revenue.

  • Experience building relationships with senior cyber management teams up to C-level within a client base to enhance political agreement.

  • You will understand how to engage members of the Presales technical and professional services organization early in the sales cycle.

  • Experience working with the Channel and System Integrators.
