Responsibilities include assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing events, managing event logistics, preparing materials, supporting on-site execution, maintaining documentation, coordinating travel and catering, communicating with clients, and ensuring safety compliance.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales

  • Manage event logistics including vendor communication, equipment rentals, and venue coordination

  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and event briefings

  • Support on-site event execution, including setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting

  • Maintain event documentation, schedules, and post-event reports

  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and catering needs as required

  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies during events

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
