The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the Automotive and High Power (gate driver) accounts within the DACH region. This includes securing existing projects, defining and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, and managing support activities in coordination with the Marketing and Development Team. The role requires understanding the High Power and Automotive market segments, meeting with Key Accounts, defining pricing strategies, providing regular updates to management, and providing accurate forecasts. Regular travel is required. The individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the DACH region.
