Job Description

As Head of CRM, you will lead a team responsible for executing CRM campaigns across all channels, managing data and segmentation, delivering customer-facing promotions, and reporting on performance. You will ensure the seamless, compliant, and high-performing delivery of retention and engagement campaigns. You will oversee four sub-teams: Data Strategy, Comms Delivery, Promotions Operations, and CRM Analytics, translating marketing strategy into customer-centric execution. You will act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Product, Central CRM, Creative, and Compliance — driving performance through precision, process, and people.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of CRM, you’ll lead a team of specialists responsible for executing CRM campaigns across all channels, managing data and segmentation, delivering customer-facing promotions, and reporting on performance. Reporting into the Marketing Director, your role is to ensure seamless, compliant, and high-performing delivery of retention and engagement campaigns.

You’ll oversee four sub-teams (Data Strategy, Comms Delivery, Promotions Operations, and CRM Analytics), translating marketing strategy into customer-centric execution. You’ll act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Product, Central CRM, Creative, and Compliance — driving performance through precision, process, and people.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Leading the daily operations of the CRM function, covering data, delivery, promotions, and analytics

        Turning strategic briefs into on-time, compliant, and impactful CRM campaigns

        Overseeing the development and execution of automated journeys and lifecycle campaigns

        Managing collaboration across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Central CRM, and Creative teams

        Driving continuous improvement in campaign operations, tools, and workflows

        Ensuring promotion delivery is robust and scalable, working with Product and third-party partners

        Overseeing segmentation strategy and targeting logic to support personalisation

        Leading performance reviews with CRM Analytics to feed back into marketing decisions

        Championing best practices in testing, QA, and responsible communication

        Coaching and developing the CRM team to ensure capability, alignment, and delivery excellence
