AnyDesk is seeking a talented and motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, supporting new employee onboarding, and implementing new technologies. Responsibilities include providing first-level IT support, recording and prioritizing service requests, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, and setting up IT for new employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, with preferred experience in Linux, macOS, and Microsoft Cloud technologies.

What we are looking for:

To support our mission, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. You’ll be a key player in maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, supporting the onboarding of new employees, and helping to implement new technologies all while delivering exceptional service to our internal users.

You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.

  • Provide first-level IT support for all employees and contractors across relevant IT topics
  • Record, categorize, and prioritize service requests via our ticketing system
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers; maintain accurate hardware inventory
  • Set up IT equipment for new employees, create user accounts, and deliver technical onboarding
  • Collaborate on and contribute to IT projects and continually improve existing IT solutions

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Completed IT-related training or initial professional experience in an IT support role
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing high-quality support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11
  • Familiarity with Linux, macOS, and mobile device support
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Cloud (Entra) and On-Premise (Active Directory) technologies
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies
  • Basic knowledge of endpoint management and remote access solutions.
