1. Responsible for anti-cheat governance in game operations, leading the monitoring, analysis, evidence collection, and detection/prevention mechanisms for in-game and external cheats. Collaborate with various teams within the R&D project group and deeply integrate with the security team to promote the implementation of technical solutions within the game.
2. Establish a data-driven strategy evaluation system, continuously monitor core indicators such as cheat rate, report volume, and player retention, and refine game environment operations.
3. Improve the project team's capabilities and processes for handling security issues, and build a game security strategy platform that can be quickly reused for other new business modules or project groups.
1. 3+ years of experience in game security, anti-cheat, or data risk control. Experience in MOBA/FPS competitive projects or large DAU projects is preferred.
2. Possess basic strategy platform development experience and understand front-end and back-end collaboration mechanisms (experience in middleware platform construction is a plus).
3. Proficient in verification methods such as A/B testing and grayscale release, capable of iterating strategy effectiveness through data. Insightful into player psychology, able to design punishment processes that balance strike intensity and user experience.
4. Excellent project driving force and cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, able to cooperate smoothly with R&D departments, efficiently manage and promote solution implementation.
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, able to proactively clarify ambiguous work content and actively undertake corresponding tasks.
