As a Programmatic Sales Manager for the UK, based in London, you will be responsible for driving and securing programmatic revenue from agencies, brands, and platform partners. Your role involves growing existing programmatic revenue streams by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Head of Advertiser Sales UK to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and effectively communicate the value of game advertising and programmatic advertising solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, collaborating with internal teams, presenting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, and staying informed on industry trends. This hybrid role requires in-person meetings at least 1-2 days a week.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of sales experience, 3+ in programmatic sales.
  • Drive a Go To Market strategy with Head of Advertiser Sales UK.
  • Strong understanding of RTB, PMPs, DSPs, and SSPs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid business setting.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Good to have:
  • Prior hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, or AdTech platforms.
  • Experience in game advertising sales.
  • Start-up experience.
  • Prior knowledge of Sales/ CRM tracking tools like Hubspot.

About The Role
As Programmatic Sales Manager for the UK based out of London, you will be driving and winning programmatic revenue from agency, brand and platform partners, as well as growing existing agency / brand / platform businesses’ programmatic spend.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new programmatic business with agency, brand and platform partners
  • Significantly grow existing programmatic revenue book of business
  • Work with the 'Head of Advertiser Sales UK' to implement sales strategies across various market segments to further accelerate advertiser and business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve programmatic revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, promoting programmatic adoption
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of game advertising, and our programmatic advertising solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Campaign Operations, Advertiser Success, Product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Present live demos of our buying platform ‘immersiion’ virtually and in-person
  • Manage and track sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
  • Participate and lead agency workshops / presentations driving programmatic game advertising adoption
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape within the programmatic advertising and gaming space

Role Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience with 3+ years of experience driving programmatic sales in an agency/advertiser-facing role
  • Work closely with the 'Head of Advertiser Sales UK' to define a Go To Market strategy, prioritising based on existing relationships and mid/long-term potential
  • Strong understanding of real-time bidding (RTB), private marketplaces (PMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), Ad exchanges
  • Proven track record of exceeding programmatic sales targets and closing complex deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid business setting (remote and in office days)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset mixed with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ambitious with values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo

Good to have:
  • Prior hands-on experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or other AdTech platforms
  • Experience in game advertising sales
  • Start-up experience
  • Prior knowledge of Sales/ CRM tracking tools like Hubspot

*This is a hybrid role, with requirement to meet in-person atleast 1-2 days a week.
