Job Summary:

The Sourcing Specialist will support the Qualcomm US Sourcing team in developing and implementing supplier strategies that align with Qualcomm's Test roadmap. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage supplier performance, support negotiations, prepare and monitor KPIs, and oversee supplier agreements. The Sourcing Specialist will also handle supplier relationship management, delivery commitments, tracking, receipts, and invoice support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a robust and competitive supply chain.

Oversee the creation, tracking, and fulfillment of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Support cost-saving initiatives and track commitments from suppliers to optimize the procurement process and achieve cost reduction targets.

Generate ad hoc supplier cost reports to aid internal business decisions.

Prepare and align forecasts with suppliers, monitoring capacity to meet demand.

Support the Supplier Scorecard process to evaluate and improve supplier performance.

Execute individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in line with established processes, with minimal supervision.

Adapt to moderate changes and setbacks to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
